📋 Description

• Build the platform that IT and Security teams use to discover, govern, and optimize their AI and SaaS ecosystems • Own the design and delivery of complex features end-to-end, from scoping through production • Lead and contribute to technical design discussions • Write design documents, identify risks, propose solutions, and build consensus • Establish and uphold testing, code quality, and observability best practices • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide hands-on technical guidance • Partner with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and make engineering tradeoffs • Evaluate and apply agentic AI tools where they provide meaningful leverage • Mentor less experienced developers and help teammates grow • Improve the SaaS Manager platform for enterprise-scale ambitions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development • Strong working knowledge of .NET/C#/MongoDB or similar • Ability to tackle large, complex engineering problems independently • Subject matter expertise in team-owned features and systems • Experience evaluating and adopting technical tools and approaches • Strong code quality practices, including code reviews, test coverage, and documentation • Ability to write design documents and facilitate engineering discussions • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical partners • Practical experience using agentic AI in the software development lifecycle • Mentoring experience through pair programming, code reviews, and technical discussions • Experience evolving legacy or growth-stage applications into enterprise-scale platforms is a bonus • Comfort with .NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, or other technical stacks is a bonus • Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship provided • Ideally able to work within Eastern Time hours
