📋 Description

• Systematically build and expand the foundation and public funding channels • Prepare grant applications for foundations and public funding bodies • Actively use and collaboratively develop relevant tools, such as Salesforce CRM • Proactively use AI to increase efficiency in research, grant writing, and communication • Research funding landscapes, trends, and funding requirements to identify new funding opportunities • Develop, monitor, and manage KPIs for the foundations and public funding area • Further develop and improve comprehensive fundraising processes in collaboration with the Manager of Processes & Digitalization and the Executive Office Assistant • Provide personal, appreciative support to funding partners • Develop and implement tailored communication ideas for funding partners

🎯 Requirements

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in an operational, hands-on capacity • Enjoy working in an agile, constantly evolving environment • Be highly proficient with digital tools; experience with CRM systems is an advantage • Knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, and Slack • Ideally, experience in data management • Bring enthusiasm and structure to developing and improving cross-team processes • Work in a structured and self-directed manner and demonstrate a strong team spirit • Have an interest in and ideally experience with building and expanding partnerships with foundations or similar institutions, such as companies or public-sector organizations • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills • Have an intrinsic interest in advancing education and future-oriented skills development in line with 21future’s goals • At least 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in fundraising, partnerships, business development, or account management
