📋 Description

• Own the full monthly invoicing cycle • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable each month • Assist with expense reports and expense reconciliation • Conduct weekly timesheet reviews and time tracking audits • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal team members regarding invoicing, payment inquiries, and other accounting-related matters • Perform various other accounting duties as requested • Work closely with the Controller • Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, global environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting operations, accounts payable/receivable, or client billing • Proficiency with web-based applications • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and G Suite • Excellent time management skills • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field is preferred • Experience with client invoicing in a professional services or consulting environment is preferred • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-service oriented • USA location; Santa Barbara, California area preferred
