📋 Description

• Lead hands-on configuration, prototyping, and testing of advanced Warehouse Management solutions for inbound/outbound processing, internal movements, physical inventory, and replenishment • Architect warehousing solutions compliant with A&D regulations, including ITAR, EAR, serial number tracking, batch management, and military packaging standards • Design integration touchpoints between Warehouse Management and Procurement, Production (MRP/PPDS), Quality Management, and outbound logistics • Architect integrations with RF scanning, barcode systems, and automated material handling equipment • Manage, prioritize, and groom the Customer product backlog • Translate business requirements and operational challenges into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria • Serve as trusted advisor and main point of contact for Customer stakeholders • Participate in Agile ceremonies, define sprint goals, and validate completed configurations against the Definition of Done

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship required due to federal and defense contract requirements • Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience required • Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry, including defense logistics, government-furnished property, and strict traceability requirements • Deep hands-on configuration experience with SAP EWM/WM or equivalent enterprise-grade WMS • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment • Experience with advanced Warehouse Management systems • Strong communication skills to bridge warehouse floor operations and executive stakeholders
