📋 Description

• Collaborate with Global Technology and Customer Fulfillment leadership to set the direction for global distribution warehouse systems • Lead development and ongoing management of M&A activities to bring sites to required system-integration capability levels • Ensure global distribution system activities and processes comply with ISO standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA, Trade Compliance, VAT, Health & Safety, and applicable laws and regulations • Establish and enforce programs for maintaining compliance and keeping MAWM code line extensions current on operating systems • Participate in the Global Customer Fulfillment Leader Team and develop and execute U.S. and global logistics-technology strategies • Identify logistics needs that support business growth and develop and implement new logistics technology models • Ensure Business Continuity Plans are in place for global distribution locations • Build organizational capability and advance distribution processes through warehouse and transactional automation solutions • Lead and manage integration vendors and partners to ensure on-time system go-lives • Demonstrate RealTruck core values and support the organizational culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field required • 10+ years of program management experience required • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Wrike • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Experience in ERP, OMS, and WMS configuration/design • Experience with Manhattan, IFS, or Korber is a plus • Experience with SQL is a plus • Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and vendor/partner management • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate across teams and departments • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for global distribution operations • Ability to travel as needed • Ability to synthesize complex information, collect and research data, and design workflows and procedures • Ability to work within approved budgets and develop cost-saving measures • Ability to identify and resolve problems, analyze information, and develop alternative solutions • Ability to work under pressure, treat others respectfully, accept responsibility, and follow through on commitments • Ability to improve quality, meet productivity standards, and complete work in a timely manner • Ability to write clearly, interpret numerical data, and interpret written information
