📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day client service delivery for one or more health system relationships • Translate client priorities into clear operational plans • Coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver data-driven insights • Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations with updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations • Translate R1 strategy and operational learnings into best practices • Lead analytics covering performance, trends, risks, barriers, and actionable opportunities • Share metric performance and underlying drivers to support action planning and continuous improvement • Align stakeholders, build cross-functional partnerships, and advance shared goals across hospital organizations • Identify and prioritize initiatives to improve operational performance and client outcomes • Partner with internal R1 customer operations teams to align objectives, assess performance, and develop remediation plans • Collaborate with R1 functional leaders on operational decisions for assigned hospital relationships • Focus on development, performance, and growth of the Revenue Cycle Team • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree • Minimum of 5 years of experience • At least 3 years of experience in a management role • Extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Epic consulting • Strategic leadership focus on service delivery • Ability to integrate client needs with operational capabilities • Ability to develop executive-ready presentations • Ability to lead analytics and communicate performance trends, risks, barriers, and opportunities • Ability to align stakeholders and build cross-functional partnerships • Experience supporting operational performance, client outcomes, and continuous improvement
