• Independently qualify commercial leads • Conduct discovery meetings and present solutions at a functional level • Support the preparation of technical proposals for medium-complexity opportunities • Perform active prospecting, manage accounts, and run discovery meetings to identify customer pain points and maturity • Present the company and ServiceNow and ITAM solutions at a functional level, mapping needs to the portfolio • Define next steps, structure advancement plans, and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies • Prepare technical proposals of low to medium complexity and serve as a bridge between leads, closers, and vendors • Keep the CRM updated with strategic records and ensure pipeline predictability • Meet individual targets for generating and qualifying opportunities.
• Previous experience with B2B prospecting in technology companies or consultancies • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields) • Intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow and ITAM • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) • Intermediate to advanced English (reading and speaking) • Clear communication, commercial presence, analytical ability for qualification, and emotional maturity for negotiations
