📋 Description

• Partner with Treasury Management Officers, Commercial Bankers, Relationship Managers, and internal stakeholders to support client coverage, joint calling efforts, and relationship strategies • Serve as a day-to-day client contact for assigned relationships and ensure responsive follow-up • Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand business objectives, cash flow processes, operational challenges, and relationship opportunities • Identify, structure, and support treasury management solutions across payments, receivables, fraud prevention, liquidity, commercial card, and digital channels • Prepare treasury reviews, pricing analyses, proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and other sales-support materials • Conduct portfolio reviews and monitor client activity to identify revenue growth, retention, expansion, optimization, and risk opportunities • Support pipeline development, opportunity tracking, CRM accuracy, deal documentation, and sales progression • Coordinate onboarding, implementation, service, product, and follow-up activities • Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, documentation, and bank standards; elevate issues and help drive timely resolution • Develop and maintain knowledge of treasury management products, sales processes, industry trends, client industries, and financial workflows • Assist in achieving team sales, retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction objectives • Perform other duties as assigned and adapt to changing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking or Payments • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Demonstrated ability to support sales efforts and manage client relationships • Working knowledge of treasury management products and solutions • Strong communication, organization and client-facing skills • Strong ability to quickly diagnose client needs and deliver tailored solutions • Exceptional communication and executive presence • Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and ability to quickly build rapport internally and externally • Basic understanding of commercial banking payments solutions
