📋 Description

• Serve as a mainframe Subject Matter Expert (SME) • Design, develop, test, configure, and provide technical support for mainframe technology • Manage product lifecycles to assure operational availability • Gather data and analyze capacity and performance • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the Fiserv ACH processing platform, PEP+ • Use CICS, Cobol, and DB2 expertise to maintain platform efficiency and effectiveness • Handle ACH NACHA files in compliance with industry standards and regulations • Manage and support integration of third-party sanctions solutions for international ACH transactions • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve platform and integration issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and upgrades • Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations • Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and standards • Provide training and support to internal teams • Participate in infrastructure planning and maintain technology roadmaps • Coordinate cross-departmental mainframe application migration projects • Coordinate vendors, build and conduct tests, and track project progress • Establish, maintain, document, and publish mainframe language and development tool directions • Form productive networks with internal and external customers, vendors, and industry peers • Ensure documentation of complex technical systems for operational handover

🎯 Requirements

• Technical Degree or related work experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing and supporting ACH processing platforms, specifically Fiserv PEP+ • Proficiency in CICS, Cobol, and DB2 • Strong understanding of ACH NACHA file handling • Experience integrating third-party sanctions scanning and screening solutions for international ACH transactions (IATs) • Hands-on experience managing Fiserv’s PEP+ application • Fedline Advantage ACH knowledge • Knowledge and experience in multiple disciplines within the mainframe domain • Strong application design and development skills • Expert knowledge of the Mainframe Operating System and Hardware • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
