📋 Description

• Evaluate, design and implement technology solutions supporting technology strategies for a line of business • Serve as application owner for third-party purchased software aligned with a line of business • Liaise with software vendors and understand upcoming software changes and enhancements • Assess how vendor changes affect the business and design effective implementation solutions • Understand and maintain alignment with the bank’s technology roadmap • Recommend continued utilization or elimination of third-party software solutions • Collaborate with product owners on clear, specific user stories for agile development • Implement and maintain new features and capabilities • Improve the quality of technical products and services • Follow and communicate industry and organizational best practices and standards • Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence • Automate processes and create maintainable, supportable and testable solutions • Monitor technology trends and innovations • Provide operational support and troubleshooting • Coach, mentor and train less experienced team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent combination of education and work experience • 8+ years of engineering or other IT work experience relevant to the position • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Willingness to work in a highly-collaborative environment • Solid understanding and significant experience with modern software development practices, tools, and/or hardware technologies • Solid understanding of IT security best practices • Expertise in one or more technical and/or functional domains relevant to the position • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex technical solutions • Technical skills per the specific position’s requirements
