📋 Description

• Own the San Luis Obispo territory through agent appointments, daily prospecting, and relationship-building • Build a roster of Power Partners generating recurring title and escrow orders • Run a structured daily Hour of Power for pipeline and follow-up activity • Use LYTI to track orders, income, and pipeline activity in real time • Represent 805title’s technology suite to local agents • Protect and uphold 805title’s name and reputation in San Luis Obispo • Submit a resume and explain motivation for San Luis Obispo and experience in competitive sales environments

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 2 years in professional sales • Built and closed own business • Title or real estate experience welcome but not required • Consultative sales experience welcomed, including pharma, payroll, health and fitness • Understanding of San Luis Obispo and local relationship dynamics • Self-managed, coachable, and motivated by earnings • Ability to develop business from scratch • Consistent follow-up • Local ties to the San Luis Obispo market are essential • Comfortable with Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, with possible extension for field meetings, client events, and peak prospecting windows
