📋 Description

• Own the Santa Barbara and South Santa Barbara County territory • Build and maintain a roster of Power Partners generating recurring title and escrow orders • Run daily agent appointments • Conduct a structured Hour of Power for prospecting and follow-up • Represent the company’s title and escrow product suite • Track pipeline, orders, and income in LYTI in real time • Build sales relationships in the local community • Send a resume and describe a sales relationship built from scratch

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 2 years in professional sales • Experience finding, developing, and closing own business • Title, mortgage, or real estate experience is a plus but not required • Ability to build trust in a community-driven market • Self-managed, coachable, and motivated by commission income • Ability to prospect and develop an independent book of business • Local ties to the Santa Barbara market are essential to success • Comfort with Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, with possible extended hours for field meetings, client events, and peak prospecting windows
