📋 Description

• Own 7–10 large-scale projects related to the operational success of growth marketing, digital campaigns, and content marketing • Build and maintain workflows for quality control and efficiency gains • Manage all aspects of client projects, including project plans, deliverables, timelines, and budgets • Coordinate marketing strategy across integrated inbound and outbound digital campaigns • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders within and beyond marketing • Ensure project milestones are met by anticipating workload and allocating or coordinating resources • Develop and manage project and campaign briefs • Review deliverables and provide feedback to ensure objectives are met and quality improves • Manage team calendars, internal status meetings, client status calls, and work review meetings • Contact clients to finalize project specifications and provide consultative updates throughout the project lifecycle • Triage new project requests and ensure ClickUp tasks include all required information and assets before scheduling • Coordinate with Account Managers and clients on project status and details • Lead weekly or daily status meetings with cross-functional departments • Lead or co-lead weekly or biweekly client meetings to define deliverable specifications and maintain strategic alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of project management experience in an agency, in-house, or start-up environment • Expertise in at least 2 areas within digital advertising, including SEM, Paid Social Ads, SEO, analytics, and attribution • 2–3+ years managing paid search and social campaigns • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Proven track record with cross-functional collaboration and achieving high customer satisfaction • Relevant experience within the digital advertising landscape and related technologies • Ability to lead Scrum ceremonies, meeting structure, and use industry terminology • Excellent organizational skills and ability to grasp department timelines affecting project scope • Comfort with business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reports • Comfort managing Executive expectations and feedback • Strong experience managing relationships and project management accounts for clients at all levels, complexity, and sophistication • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship currently or in the future
