📋 Description
• Build trust with clients and demonstrate technical expertise • Lead platform engineering work and strategy • Collaborate on ML lifecycle systems from data ingestion to deployment • Proactively surface new technical approaches • Contribute to team health and culture • Design and manage high-level technical roadmaps
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in software development and consulting • Strong expertise in Architecting scalable solutions • Proficient in Java, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Go, Ruby, Scala, R, and SQL • Experience in leading high-stakes consulting engagements • Comfort with integrating AI/ML features into products and systems • Strong mentorship skills and team collaboration experience • Ability to balance technical considerations with product and user needs
