📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of infrastructure engineers • Partner with support, customer experience, and engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery • Manage infrastructure projects aligned with business goals and the technology roadmap • Guide procurement, installation, and configuration of compute, storage, and networking hardware • Oversee Cisco switches, routers, Fortigate firewalls, HPE SANs, compute nodes, network infrastructure, and storage infrastructure • Ensure stability and performance of Windows Server environments and Remote Desktop Services • Manage Active Directory environments, including on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID • Drive automation of provisioning, configuration, and routine maintenance using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Azure DevOps • Collaborate with Information Security teams on secure and compliant infrastructure designs • Enhance monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect and resolve issues • Maintain comprehensive documentation and promote knowledge sharing • Manage a 24x7 on-call rotation and ensure timely issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 7+ years of experience in datacenter infrastructure roles • 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity • Proven track record managing infrastructure in a multi-datacenter environment • Strong technical background in networking, virtualization, Remote Desktop Services, Windows Server environments, and automation tools or scripting • Experience with Cisco switches and routers, Fortigate firewalls, HPE SANs, and compute nodes • Experience with Active Directory, including on-premises and Entra ID • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Azure DevOps • Knowledge of security and compliance standards such as SOC 2 • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage a 24x7 on-call rotation
