📋 Description

• Develop and implement the global EMS/PCBA category strategy for ABB’s Analytical Business Line • Define supplier footprint, risk mitigation, and cost optimization initiatives • Lead sourcing strategies using the CIPS process • Ensure supply base capability and capacity meet current and future requirements • Negotiate supplier agreements, renew price lists, and manage terms and conditions • Manage procurement planning, budgets, savings forecasts, and cost-out programs • Identify, investigate, and select suppliers based on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability • Provide ongoing supplier contract management and oversight • Align stakeholders and ensure strategy execution • Achieve category sourcing performance targets

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management • Experience ideally within EMS/PCBA or electronics manufacturing • Track record of building and executing global strategies • Strong stakeholder management skills • Negotiation and supplier relationship management experience • Data-driven analysis and reporting skills • Ability to align factories, local teams, and global leadership • Collaborative working style
