📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate unit-specific and cross-unit projects to improve On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, Lead Time, and Plan Accuracy • Design and implement the S&OP process from an operations perspective, including supply planning and reconciliation • Manage stakeholders and define roles and responsibilities within the S&OP process • Govern the monthly Global Business Supply Planning drumbeat and related KPIs and reporting • Further develop the S&OE process and connect S&OE with S&OP • Facilitate the Supply Planning drumbeat, related reviews, and approvals to improve demand-supply balance • Identify and propose projects using SAP MM, SAP PP, and an advanced planning tool • Perform standard and ad hoc analyses of S&OP and S&OE metrics, identify root causes of non-performance, and drive improvement initiatives • Act as subject matter expert for S&OP and S&OE, establish and share best practices, and conduct cross-unit process assessments and benchmarking • Build organizational competencies by training and coaching the Planning & Fulfillment community • Facilitate fit-gap analyses of IBP-related IS tools, assist deployment of standard IS solutions for Planning & Fulfillment, and provide professional user support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, supply planning, production planning, or integrated business planning within a manufacturing environment • Advanced experience with Anaplan and other advanced forecasting/planning platforms and tools (SAP APO or others) • Proven experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites and balancing demand across a global manufacturing footprint • Proven track record of improving Planning & Fulfillment, especially in Sales & Operations Planning implementation and improvement • Strong expertise in Planning & Fulfillment domains of Planning and Disposition, Sales & Operations Planning and Execution • Key skills and execution experience in Supply Planning • Advanced knowledge of SAP (MM, PP, and WM modules) • Experience applying Project Management and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies • Strong leadership capabilities across team boundaries and with limited formal authority • Customer-focused and action-oriented, with a systematic and structured approach • Cultural awareness and ability to work within a global organization • Strong communication skills in English, along with solid consulting and facilitation skills • Master’s degree preferred and 10+ years of S&OP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or Global Supply Chain Planning experience • Experience leading S&OP processes across a global manufacturing network • Experience supporting facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia
