📋 Description

• Deliver clinical expertise and operational support for medical inquiries and process escalations • Act as a clinical liaison for internal and external customers and address elevated inquiries • Facilitate elevation and documentation for Unsolicited Medical Inquiries across the product portfolio • Provide product-specific clinical training, including content creation and collaboration with training teams • Collaborate with laboratory and pathology teams on case resolution and process improvements • Monitor clinical inquiry and elevation metrics and identify trends for corrective and preventative actions • Investigate escalations, identify process gaps, and recommend retraining or workflow adjustments • Document information according to standard operating procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a field related to essential duties; or Associate's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant experience • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or computer screen and perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day • Ability to work weekdays, nights and/or weekends and overtime as needed • Must accommodate Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7pm CST working hours/time zone • Ability to sustain continuous sitting for prolonged periods, including more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day • Keyboard use greater than or equal to 50% of the workday
