📋 Description

• Call on healthcare provider offices in the assigned territory as a subject matter expert on AbbVie’s in-office portals and access-related solutions • Understand HCP office processes and offer electronic solutions that improve the patient prescription experience • Represent AbbVie’s HCP-facing portals and other electronic solutions • Partner with AbbVie field teams to implement solutions for healthcare providers • Evaluate and diagnose delays and disruptions in patients’ prescription experiences • Determine whether AbbVie digital solutions may help patients • Develop relationships with HCP offices using portals or solutions • Provide regular updates on new functionality and match unused features with patient needs • Communicate with AbbVie field teams in a compliant manner • Travel approximately 75% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of drug acquisition and dispensing in the immunology specialty biologics space, including Buy and Bill, specialty pharmacies, and specialty distributors • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required • 2 or more years of experience working with drugs requiring prior authorization and specialty pharmacies • Excellent territory and account management skills • Prior healthcare sales experience or experience working in a healthcare environment preferred • Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify for and maintain a fleet vehicle • Ability to partner cross-functionally and drive results • Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements affecting pharmaceutical prescribing • Ability to uncover patient needs through dialogue with healthcare providers • Ability to map and understand internal processes and handle complex HCP settings • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence others through knowledge • Strong computer aptitude, including Windows and internet browsers
