📋 Description

• Manage and optimize end-to-end hire-to-retire processes within Oracle environments • Act as the day-to-day functional process lead • Analyze Core Human Resource business processes and legacy application configuration • Identify process improvements and implement Oracle Cloud solutions • Streamline employee onboarding, access management, profile defaulting, assignment changes, and termination procedures • Gather requirements from client human resource teams • Perform fit/gap analysis • Document key design decisions and define future-state business processes • Determine applicable Oracle Cloud configurations • Create functional design specification documents for applicable RICE objects • Collaborate with technical and cross-functional resources on data migration, system integration, and regulatory compliance • Troubleshoot and resolve issues • Provide expert consulting on H2R processes • Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Core HR modules • Support end-users with training, documentation, and process improvements • Participate in system testing, data validation, and quality assurance • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices and application features

🎯 Requirements

• Oracle Cloud HCM experience • Oracle Cloud Core HR experience • U.S. Person • Experience with process automation tools, data mapping techniques, and workflow optimization strategies • Experience with large-scale Oracle implementations • Experience with process documentation • Cross-functional team collaboration • Work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States • Public Trust clearance level
