• Communicate with hospital clinical staff and Access TeleCare physicians to ensure timely and efficient patient care • Answer incoming calls to the consult center and accurately record patient information • Communicate with clinical specialists to coordinate paperwork, image uploads to VidiStar, video conferencing exam units, and connection testing • Handle inbound and outbound calls from employees, clients, and clinical specialists courteously and respectfully • Provide Tier 1 technical support to hospitals and company physicians • Facilitate and confirm timely handoff to Tier 2 IT support • Report SLA failures, company-goal failures, or conflicts to the supervisor immediately • Complete some work without established procedures • Perform other tasks as needed
• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification Required • At least one year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare or IT • Strong communications skills (written and oral) • Ability to work effectively across departments • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, communication, and collaboration tools in various operating systems • Ability to learn software and systems • Excellent phone/customer service skills and high attention to detail • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems • Ability to excel in a remote work setting, high growth and fast paced organization • Must be able to work 2pm CST–10pm Central Time/3pm–11pm Eastern Time, Thursday–Monday • Must be available for weekends and holidays • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
