• Drive revenue and net income growth across an assigned territory by selling Access TeleCare’s telemedicine service portfolio • Secure new contracts at acceptable profit within a geographic territory • Lead the entire sales cycle from opportunity creation through final outcome and deal closure • Generate, retain, and engage a high volume of new leads to meet monthly pipeline-generation metrics • Execute sales and marketing plans to acquire customers and exceed quota • Prospect through phone, email, referrals, LinkedIn, partners, and other channels • Identify business contacts, qualify leads, and move opportunities through the sales pipeline • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for Director-, VP-, and C-level prospects • Manage accounts and contacts in the CRM throughout the sales lifecycle • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships to maximize future revenue • Identify customer needs and articulate value propositions for products and services • Build and manage qualified opportunity pipelines from marketing-generated and self-generated leads • Forecast business accurately and manage the end-to-end sales process through qualification, needs analysis, demonstrations, validation, legal, and procurement • Develop territory and account plans with objectives, owners, timelines, and measurements • Anticipate and remove roadblocks and coordinate internal and external resources • Provide strategic insight to internal management and suggest operational improvements • Respond to customer inquiries and requests • Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents, Client Success Executives, sales leaders, and internal teams • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree required • 5 years of progressive B2B solution sales experience in healthcare business, healthcare technology, EMRs, healthcare BI solutions, healthcare consulting, or telemedicine, with complete P&L responsibility • 3 years of sales experience calling into and presenting to C-suite executives of hospitals, IDNs, or health systems in the designated territory • Proven track record of consistently delivering at and above quota • Ability to negotiate, develop clear negotiation strategies, close customer agreements, and support new customers through onboarding • Familiarity with big data or analytic technologies • Experience managing complex sales processes • Knowledge and successful utilization of opportunity generation activities, sales processes, negotiation skills, objection handling, strategic deal assessments, and team selling • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and MS Dynamics • Experience using CRM systems • Strong written, verbal, presentation, listening, and communication skills • Ability to create, deliver, and facilitate presentations in person and virtually • Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Frequent domestic travel, approximately 75%
