📋 Description

• Oversee all sales and revenue generating functions in the defined geographic region (Area) • Review and approve Geopier design-build solutions • Develop and implement strategies with licensees and Region Engineers to achieve revenue within the Area • Lead and manage Region Engineers to achieve sales objectives in the sales territory • Develop training programs for each functional sales team • Lead licensees’ engineering efforts and assist Region Engineers with design and technical efforts • Assist with annual goals and performance measurements for Region Engineers and review them monthly • Develop technical and sales strategies for critical projects • Assist with developing commercial materials and technical approaches for new technologies • Assist sales teams with technical sales proposals and documents • Supervise assigned internal and external R&D efforts • Travel to regional locations to support licensees and Region Engineers with promotional activities and technical/operational support • Provide technical guidance for project feasibility and bidding efforts for Geopier design-build solutions

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience • Ability to build interpersonal relationships and work through resources to accomplish objectives required • Ability to provide insightful and competitive analytics that anticipate change and drive decision making • Strong understanding of soil mechanics and structural loading conditions • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required • Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related field preferred • PE (Professional Engineer) License is a plus
