📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies • Create and post job advertisements across job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks • Proactively source qualified candidates through online recruiting tools, networking, referrals, and talent databases • Conduct candidate phone screens and initial assessments • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment • Track and manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate recruiting records • Coordinate onboarding logistics, including orientation scheduling, employment documentation collection, and new hire setup • Maintain candidate and employee information in Paylocity and other HR systems • Support onboarding-related data entry and documentation processes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience • Part-time independent contractor position • Availability for 20–30 hours per week • Familiarity with HRIS systems, specifically Paylocity and recruiting operations • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple requisitions, and delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers • Excellent verbal, electronic, and written communication and customer service skills • Ability to utilize technology devices, software, and applications • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills required • Reliable high-speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds • Ability to connect to home internet via Ethernet cord if working remotely
