📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring support • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define target candidate profiles, and align on recruiting priorities • Source and engage qualified candidates, primarily for Educational Sales roles • Conduct initial recruiter screens and assess candidates against position requirements • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and keep candidates moving efficiently through the process • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process • Maintain accurate candidate information, interview activity, and hiring stages in Ashby • Manage 5+ individual contributor searches simultaneously • Partner with the Lead Recruiter to follow Yondr's recruiting processes, interview practices, and hiring standards • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and represent Yondr's mission, culture, and opportunities professionally

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to start in early October • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2–3 years of in-house recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for Educational Sales, K-12 sales, EdTech sales, or similar sales positions • Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously across different stages of the recruiting process • Hands-on experience with Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system, with Ashby experience strongly preferred • Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where hiring priorities and timelines may evolve • Genuine interest in Yondr's mission and ability to communicate that mission compellingly to prospective candidates • Must be able to work in the United States; Yondr is unable to offer visa sponsorship
