📋 Description

• Source passive candidates and convert them into applicants through tailored outreach • Manage inbound applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Ashby ATS • Move candidates forward or out within 48 hours • Conduct first-round phone or video screens using NORY's structured interview rubric • Track weekly recruiting metrics, including applicants by source, time-to-screen, screen-to-offer, and pass-through rates • Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain a warm bench of strong candidates for future openings • Partner with hiring managers across Operations, Customer Happiness, Curriculum, Marketing, and Camp Delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency • Track record of sourcing passive candidates • Ability to write outreach that gets replies, with real examples • Familiarity with at least one modern ATS, such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever • Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter • Strong organizational systems and attention to detail • Honest assessment of candidate quality • Ability to work two weekly touchpoints: Monday planning sync and Friday metrics review • Ability to complete application questions on Ashby • Resume required
