📋 Description

• Own day-to-day performance for an assigned region • Deliver high-quality customer service to clients, contractors, and property owners • Monitor contractor performance and conduct regular coaching to ensure Service Level Agreements are met • Ensure regional staffing and coverage by working with contractors and internal partners • Conduct routine contractor check-ins to review active claims and address challenges • Ensure assignments are handled efficiently and consistently • Organize and lead in-person regional meetings with contractors and key stakeholders • Travel approximately 40%-50% throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth region to meet homeowners and contractors • Resolve issues and conflicts between property owners, clients, and contractors • Attend regional industry events and conferences to support brand presence and contractor recruiting • Partner with internal teams to maintain smooth operations

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of experience in contractor or vendor management, construction, reconstruction, property claims, or insurance • Valid driver’s license required • Ability to travel 40%-50% within the assigned region, including possible overnight stays • Prior experience with roofing, windows, siding, and/or water mitigation; adjusting or contracting experience is a plus • Solid understanding of residential or commercial construction practices • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-first mindset • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; claims and estimating systems experience is a plus • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying accountable and responsive • High ethical standards with commitment to integrity and confidentiality • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously • Regular and reliable attendance • Proficiency with Microsoft tools, laptops, tablets, and applications • Reliable high-speed home broadband internet with minimum 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds • Ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord when working remotely
