📋 Description

• Develop release calendars and deployment schedules • Work closely with Change Managers • Provide version control for release artifacts • Verify all required approvals are obtained before deployment • Confirm development, testing, security, and operational requirements are complete • Validate release documentation accuracy • Coordinate production deployments and cutover activities • Track release execution and resolve deployment issues • Evaluate risks associated with planned releases • Manage escalations during release events • Ensure development, test, staging, and production environments are synchronized • Verify configuration items and release packages are properly controlled • Confirm systems are functioning correctly after deployment • Coordinate post-implementation reviews • Document lessons learned and process improvements • Oversee end-to-end software deployment lifecycles, release orchestration, stakeholder alignment, environment parity, governance, and risk mitigation • Support modernization of a mission-critical enterprise workforce management platform through cloud migration, technology transformation, DevSecOps, automation, cloud engineering, systems integration, cybersecurity, and process modernization

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizen • Bachelor's degree • Active DoD Secret Clearance • Eligible to pass a Tier III background investigation • Active Security+ CE or other applicable 8570 IAT Level II certification • Eligible for CAC • 4+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale system change management and releases • 4+ years of experience creating and maintaining release and change documentation • 4+ years of experience creating change calendars and managing change/release cycles • 4+ years of experience coordinating change implementation and validation • 4+ years of experience creating escalation chains and escalating to the proper stakeholder • 3+ years of experience managing system change management and releases in a Federal or DoD environment • Experience managing Oracle EBS system change management and releases • Experience coordinating major, cross-platform database migration • Experience validating post-migration data integrity • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to document requirements • Ability to provide accurate and realistic effort estimates, commit and deliver accordingly • Ability to work productively in a team environment • Strong verbal, written, organizational, and documentation skills
