• Plan, coordinate, and successfully execute Consulting Services projects • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, advisors, consultants, and internal teams • Manage project budgets, timelines, logistics, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle • Partner with the Resource Allocation team and Consulting Services leaders to maintain project calendars • Identify, propose, and implement staffing and scheduling solutions • Align project timelines, resource availability, and team priorities • Develop accurate bids and proposals with consultants and cross-functional teams • Oversee project milestones, logistics, and deliverables • Facilitate project kick-off and closure meetings • Ensure team readiness for on-sites and research projects • Track project timelines and identify cross-selling and cross-serving opportunities • Capture billing for all billable activities • Recommend and onboard additional resources for scope increases or service add-ons • Monitor engagement agreement status and billing thresholds • Track project budgets, hours, and expenses • Coordinate with billing teams and review billing packages for accurate invoicing • Monitor outstanding invoice collections and advise consultants on outreach • Establish and maintain productive external vendor relationships • Communicate departmental needs and manage vendor service expectations • Ensure adherence to agreed-upon vendor service levels
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience required • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in litigation consulting, legal services, or a related professional services environment • Foundational understanding of social science research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative data analysis, preferred and considered an asset • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Skilled in utilizing departmental tools and platforms, including database and case tracking systems • Familiarity with Microsoft Customer Voice, Power BI, and Dynamics is advantageous • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with self-motivation • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in producing professional written content • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions • Tolerance for uncertainty and adaptability to change • Ability to develop, manage, and track project budgets • Ability to collaborate with team members, management, clients, and external vendors • Strong relationship management skills • Ability to travel up to 10%
