📋 Description

• Support the strategic direction and performance improvement initiatives of the organization • Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts and leadership to optimize operational processes and policies • Lead cross-functional planning and ensure alignment with OCHIN’s strategic goals through optimized tools, dashboards, and annual planning processes • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support workstreams, and apply best practices to enhance operational efficiency and strategic execution • Manage strategic dashboards, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Align member-facing initiatives and campaigns with business strategy • Lead and support strategic projects and foster collaboration across departments • Ensure consistent use of tools and methodologies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Six Sigma, PMP, or other Project Management Certification from an accredited educational institution preferred • Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SmartSheet preferred • 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role preferred • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Ability to work in a distraction free workplace • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before hire
