📋 Description

• Communicate with members via phone and email • Exhibit care in every member interaction • Listen to members and provide empathy and solutions to their unique needs • Support members from onboarding and new account setup through their financial journey • Coach members and provide guidance • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and best practices • Accurately document member interactions and activity • Train up and progress toward higher-level positions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience (call center or retail) • High school diploma or equivalent • Available for an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6am - 8pm • People-focused approach and solution mindset • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls • Strong communication skills
