📋 Description

• Own national sales and qualified activation goals • Set regional and individual targets, track daily activity and weekly results, and drive the team to meet or exceed expectations • Lead two Regional Sales Managers and hold them accountable for canvassing activity, conversion, sales productivity, and team performance • Identify causes of underperformance and implement improvement plans, coaching, corrective action, and staffing changes as needed • Partner with Starlink/SpaceX leadership on target customers, doorstep messaging, objection handling, and closing • Share field feedback and rapidly implement agreed changes • Join representatives and regional managers in the field, observe doorstep conversations, and coach selling skills • Build a motivated, competitive sales culture through performance reviews, recognition, and accountability • Partner with recruiting, training, and operations teams to hire, prepare, and quickly improve field team productivity • Own client satisfaction, communicate performance and risks to Starlink/SpaceX leadership, and resolve issues promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Proven record of leading successful door-to-door or residential direct sales teams and consistently achieving sales targets • Experience managing sales managers and geographically dispersed teams • Strong approach to coaching, performance management, and accountability • Ability to diagnose sales gaps using activity and conversion data • Ability to make clear decisions and drive measurable improvement quickly • Confidence working directly with client leadership, aligning on sales strategy and messaging, and translating feedback into field action • Hands-on, results-driven leadership style • Telecom, internet service, or college student sales team experience is a plus • Regular travel and hands-on coaching in residential territories • Flexibility for evening and weekend selling periods • Ability to ensure compliance with approved messaging and field safety practices
