• Develop a comprehensive content strategy and training library for ACT’s post-test data products • Create scalable training content and resources for states, school districts, and educators • Compile and document customer-engagement best practices to inform product enhancements and broader data-use impact • Develop internal frameworks, tools, and templates for consistent data-literacy support • Work with school districts and state education programs on post-test results interpretation, outcome analysis, and intervention planning • Conduct state, regional, and national webinars and in-person training events • Represent ACT at education conferences, state agency convenings, and customer events • Assist with RFP response development and delivery readiness • Support Revenue Office goals by retaining existing users and introducing solutions that help customers achieve desired outcomes • Train and coach internal field staff on the post-test data training library • Build institutional knowledge about customer challenges, field-tested solutions, and emerging data-use practices
• At least 5 years of professional experience in education data/professional development roles using data and analysis for education decision-making • Experience in professional development, training delivery, or instructional support in education settings • Experience producing external-facing content and resources, including trainings, presentations, and guides • Strong quantitative analysis skills • Demonstrated experience working with K12 or postsecondary education data • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating data concepts for diverse audiences • Ability to build relationships and influence across educators, state officials, school leaders, and other stakeholder groups • Demonstrated commitment to improving educational outcomes and advancing equity • Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, or Power BI • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams or similar virtual training platforms • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar content-development/e-learning authoring tools • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time • Bachelor’s degree in education, policy, public policy, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Master’s degree in a related field is a plus • Direct experience at a State Education Agency, Local Education Agency, or assessment provider is a plus • Familiarity with the K12 educational assessment and accountability landscape is a plus • Experience designing and delivering large-scale training involving complex datasets is a plus • Background in instructional design or curriculum development is a plus • Experience partnering with school districts, state education agencies, or higher education institutions on data initiatives is a plus • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship • Finalists will be subject to a criminal background check • Completion of the ACT National Career Readiness Certificate is recommended
