📋 Description

• Develop and maintain systems, libraries, and components using Java, Scala, Spark, and other technologies • Fulfill enhancement requests from the product team • Remediate identified code and dependency chain vulnerabilities • Maintain systems compliance • Facilitate systems privacy and security reviews • Work closely with stakeholders using an agile development methodology • Resolve functional or performance deficiencies • Provide formal and informal mentorship to junior engineers • Participate in peer code reviews and approvals • Ensure high-quality coding practices are followed • Develop highly performant, cost-efficient, secure, scalable cloud components for Acxiom's data products

🎯 Requirements

• College degree and 5+ years of experience or equivalent work experience • Experience building reusable libraries including interface definition • Proven Object-Oriented Programming principles • Experience developing in leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Experience building Java/Scala based Spark internal components • Pipeline/workflow orchestration • Experience developing following Agile methodologies • Build/DevOps experience with Jenkins, Git, Jira, and Terraform • Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake application development • Experience integrating into 3rd party platforms • Spring or Python experience • AWS Associate / Professional Certification (or GCP equivalent) • Generative AI experience
