📋 Description

• Serve as an experienced individual contributor within a software engineering team • Support scope, schedule, and delivery requirements with minimal leadership oversight • Contribute to long-term program goals and implementation of the development strategy • Serve as a discipline lead when working with stakeholders • Maintain ownership and accountability for application code contributions • Coordinate integrations with adjacent technical systems • Diagnose and resolve issues in owned systems • Use incidents to inform educational opportunities and system improvements • Mentor and assist junior engineers • Communicate technical issues and developments with team members and clients • Participate in technical interviews • Propose and evaluate technical and process solutions • Lead small, less critical, temporary team structures and projects • Present design documents and system diagrams to clients, stakeholders, partners, and engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 7+ years of engineering experience • Expert-level knowledge in at least one technical area, including frontend, backend, or infrastructure engineering • High-level understanding of adjacent technical areas and ecosystems • Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues • Ability to communicate technical issues and developments with team members and clients • Ability to mentor junior engineers • Strong influential skills to propose and evaluate multiple technical and process approaches • Experience presenting design documents and system diagrams to clients, stakeholders, partners, and engineers
