📋 Description

• Talk to customers and turn feedback into technical solutions driven through design, development, and delivery • Write clean, maintainable code while maintaining performance and reliability as the platform scales • Evaluate and advocate for solutions that solve real customer problems • Lead code reviews and mentor engineers • Identify and advocate for platform improvements • Communicate technical concepts to engineers, product partners, and stakeholders • Contribute to planning, retrospectives, and other agile practices • Shape construction technology products and build tools for construction professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related field, or equivalent experience required • 5+ years of experience building production software • Experience taking ownership of problems from discovery to delivery and driving solutions to completion • Prior experience at a B2B SaaS company, ideally involving scaling and reliability problems • Strong hands-on experience with React and C#/.NET • Fluency with AI-assisted engineering • Strong understanding and experience with software design patterns • Experience with modern development practices, including Agile and Scrum • Ability to measure success by whether the solution works for the customer • Ability to share knowledge, support and mentor teammates, and raise technical standards
