📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization dedicated to the Institutional segment • Establish engineering goals, operational metrics, delivery standards, and a high-performing engineering culture • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design leadership to drive company strategy • Drive technical vision, coordination, and delivery across products and solutions in the Institutional segment • Partner with Product Management, Design, and GTM to define, prioritize, and execute product roadmaps • Implement Agile software development practices for predictable, high-quality, timely releases • Guide architectural decisions for scalable, secure, and resilient systems meeting institutional security and compliance standards • Champion automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of engineering leadership experience managing managers, architects, and software engineers • Proven experience delivering enterprise/institutional software platforms with stringent security, regulatory, and uptime requirements • Deep familiarity with modern cloud architecture, microservices, API design, data pipelines, and enterprise security frameworks • 5+ years of experience with financial risk frameworks and asset management in a SaaS environment or financial institutions • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship • Authorized to begin work in the U.S. on the first day of employment
