📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Infrastructure organization, overseeing SRE/Infrastructure and Security teams. • Partner with senior technical leaders to evolve cloud infrastructure and improve reliability, scalability, developer productivity, and operational efficiency. • Drive the team's roadmap and execution, mature processes, improve delivery, and reduce operational risk. • Represent Infrastructure with executive leadership and customers as a trusted technical leader. • Review architecture, provide technical guidance, and occasionally contribute code.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience. • At least 5 years leading high-performing infrastructure, platform, SRE, or DevOps engineering teams. • Experience managing senior and Staff-level engineers. • Strong background building and operating cloud infrastructure for B2B enterprise SaaS products, ideally in high-growth startups. • Ability to balance strategic leadership with technical credibility, including architectural reviews and technical discussions. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, executive leadership, and customer-facing teams. • Bonus: Experience leading Infrastructure and Security organizations. • Bonus: Experience scaling engineering teams during rapid company growth. • Bonus: Proven cloud cost optimization success while improving reliability and performance. • Bonus: Experience improving engineering processes, incident management, and reliability practices.
