📋 Description

• Lead digital delivery across AECOM’s hyperscale data center portfolio • Implement and tailor project-level BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans, naming conventions, QA/QC checklists, and CDE structures • Develop and maintain project BEP documentation aligned with industry standards and client requirements • Administer project Common Data Environments, including folder structures, permissions, metadata, workflows, archival, and integrations • Run BIM kickoff meetings with internal teams, enterprise-capabilities partners, consultants, and clients • Oversee day-to-day BIM production by U.S. BIM staff and enterprise-capabilities teams • Track quality, scope, schedule, deficiencies, compliance, issue logs, audits, and deliverable status • Conduct QA reviews, model inspections, clash and coordination reviews, model health scoring, and deliverable audits • Produce, correct, or complete Revit model content when deliverables are late, incomplete, or below standard • Perform multidisciplinary Revit modeling, sheet setup, parameter population, and corrections • Establish and run multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, issue triage, and remediation tracking • Oversee 3D/4D/5D model lifecycle integration and contractor and consultant model submittals • Report BIM KPIs, compliance metrics, and deliverable status monthly to the Senior BIM Manager Lead and project leadership • Build and execute an automation roadmap using Dynamo and Revit API scripts • Provide technical production support, create smart-object content and templates, and support asset information management and digital handover • Contribute to BIM estimates, resource schedules, training, certification, mentoring, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 6 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree + 8 years, or HS Diploma + 10 years, in BIM/digital delivery • At least 2 years of experience directly leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work • Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education accepted • 8+ years in BIM environments preferred • Experience establishing and enforcing BIM standards and overseeing multidisciplinary teams preferred • Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred • Experience coordinating, overseeing, and performing QA on offshore or enterprise-capabilities teams • Strong hands-on Revit skills across disciplines • Deep experience with Forma, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D • Working knowledge of SharePoint, ProjectWise, and project planning tools desirable • Demonstrated capability in Dynamo, Revit API, and scripting • Strong knowledge of NBIMs, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, and ISO 19650 • Experience with BEP authoring, QA/QC frameworks, and model lifecycle management • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and training capability • Detail-oriented, thorough, well-organized, and able to manage time and accountability across distributed teams • Interest or experience integrating Artificial Intelligence into BIM and digital-delivery workflows • Must be able to attend in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office • Relocation is not available • Sponsorship is not available
