📋 Description

• Act as a supply chain subject matter expert during implementations and pre-sales • Work closely with Product and Technical teams to drive product improvements and direction • Serve as the primary contact between customers, Aera, consultants, and system integrators, including C-level engagements • Ensure project requirements are understood and delivered on time according to customer expectations and statements of work • Manage project resources, track progress using KPIs, and escalate issues as required • Keep customers within project scope and on task • Plan and run meetings and workshops with prospects, from early discovery through final software-evaluation presentations • Estimate and document project requirements for proposals and statements of work • Serve as the face of Aera and its product delivery experience • Own project delivery while contributing to functional and technical deliverables • Build long-term client relationships and advise senior client executives • Contribute to existing-client development by defining roadmaps toward Decision Intelligence • Support new-customer acquisition through workshops, RFx responses, demos, proofs of concept, and proposals • Manage both pre-sales and post-sales responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading and managing post-sales enterprise software implementation projects • Outstanding on-site, customer-facing skills, including communication, project management, and relationship building • Deep understanding of customer needs and pain points and ability to define solutions • Extensive supply chain knowledge, including best practices and metrics across demand, supply, manufacturing, inventory, and order management • Experience with enterprise IT and software, including ERP (Oracle and SAP), cloud/SaaS, security, mobile, BI, planning systems, and execution systems • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, and planning software, specifically SAP and best-of-breed systems such as JDA and Kinaxis • Experience with agile project work/Scrum methodologies • Experience writing proposals and statements of work (SOWs) • Proven ability to manage technical team members • Ability to travel globally • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering • Master's degree preferred • Experience in pharmaceutical or CPG vertical is an added bonus
