📋 Description

• Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases • Collaborate with team members, product management, design, and analytics to support product development • Participate in ideation, articulate technical constraints, and help make risk- and trade-off-informed decisions • Create and monitor metrics for team artifacts • Escalate issues and support keep-the-lights-on and on-call efforts • Participate in growth and development activities, including the interview process

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React • Experience designing, developing, and launching APIs at scale using languages like Python or Kotlin • Ability to turn simple problems or business scenarios into solutions interacting with multiple software components • Ability to write clear, well-tested, extensible code • Comfortable navigating a large code base and debugging others' code • Experience providing feedback through code reviews • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
