📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services while managing key hiring metrics • Build and maintain consultative partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders • Monitor business trends, labor market insights, and competitive talent intelligence • Share market and candidate insights to influence hiring strategies through data and storytelling • Develop and maintain candidate and referral-source networks across corporate and operations talent pools • Use technology and AI-enabled tools to identify, engage, and assess talent • Collaborate with Americas TA and Global TA teams on recruitment strategies • Ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable hiring practices • Research, design, and implement tailored recruitment strategies for assigned requisitions • Leverage metrics, feedback, and best practices to improve hiring strategies and optimize processes • Support recruitment needs across commercial and operations-focused roles

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting across a range of disciplines and levels, spanning corporate and operations roles • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, influencing and partnering with leaders at all levels, including executives, through strong consultative communication • Excellent sourcing, networking, and market research skills • Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience analyzing trends and refining recruiting strategies • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and AI-driven technology • Bachelor’s degree • Occasional travel availability
