📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more Financial Advisors • Review client account information and prepare reports • Assist with account-related administrative activities • Coordinate appointments and manage complex, multi-calendar scheduling • Prepare, process, and track client documentation, forms, and correspondence • Manage client communications accurately and promptly • Handle high-volume client interactions, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues • Maintain accurate records and uphold strict confidentiality • Call and answer telephone calls and assist customers • Follow up on sales leads • Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed • Direct clients and sales leads to appropriate team members

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment while meeting performance expectations and deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to adapt and thrive in a structured, fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple applications, systems, and screens simultaneously • Prior customer service experience focused on exceptional support and service • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to work 30–40 hours per week • Primary residence within 50 miles of a Corebridge Financial office in Houston, Texas or Tampa, Florida
