📋 Description

• Support full-cycle recruiting for open requisitions from intake through offer in partnership with the Senior Corporate Recruiter. • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing tools. • Conduct initial candidate outreach and support early-stage screening calls. • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics. • Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS. • Assist with drafting and posting job requisitions. • Support job offer preparation and extension. • Track and report recruiting pipeline metrics. • Assist with onboarding tasks including background checks, offer letters, and first-day coordination. • Support recurring New Hire Orientation sessions. • Maintain employee records in the HRIS. • Provide backup support for offboarding processes. • Assist with compliance tracking across jurisdictions. • Partner cross-functionally with department leads on broader HR needs. • Meet defined recruitment, screening, scheduling, data accuracy, and onboarding success metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related administrative roles. • Experience with HRIS systems; Rippling experience is a plus. • Proficiency with G-Suite products. • Familiarity with compliance and/or benefits administration. • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; approachable, responsive, and solutions-oriented. • Knowledge of California wage and labor laws. • Ability to work with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, ATS, and HRIS systems. • Ability to support domestic and international recruitment cycles. • Ability to conduct screening calls and coordinate multiple open requisitions.
