📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries • Provide support for health, retirement, leave, and wellness programs • Ensure accurate benefits administration through HRIS systems • Manage benefit enrollments, communications, reporting, documentation, and special projects • Develop and distribute clear, informative materials about benefits options, enrollment procedures, and policy changes • Ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollments, terminations, and modifications • Generate reports to aid in decision-making processes • Maintain up-to-date documentation of benefits policies and procedures • Provide support for special projects, such as open enrollment and health fairs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR or benefits administration • Holds a bachelor’s degree OR has equivalent work experience in the Human Resources field • Advanced degrees or certifications in an HR-related field is a plus • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus • Knowledge of benefits programs, laws, and regulations • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in benefits administration systems • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills • Strong multi-tasking abilities and time management skills • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred • Travel up to 15% expected
