📋 Description

• Support qualification, development, and performance management of supplier partners providing critical equipment and services • Ensure equipment and materials meet quality, reliability, and delivery requirements • Adhere to Owner Furnished Equipment Partner Quality Manual procedures • Evaluate OFE Partner work from manufacturing facilities through pre-energization and equipment startup • Lead gap assessments and work with OFE Partners to close open actions • Support factory- and field-level assessments of OFE Partner field-service processes and procedures • Provide cross-functional support for factory assessments and Supplier Corrective Action Review (SCAR) • Follow up on SCARs and drive robust corrective and preventive actions • Liaise with Operations, Commissioning Teams, Contractors, and OFE Partners on identified quality issues • Apply Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology to supplier performance gaps • Monitor supplier quality, delivery, responsiveness, and warranty metrics • Verify corrective and preventive action implementation and effectiveness • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with supplier partners • Facilitate lessons learned and best-practice sharing across suppliers • Support Factory Witness Tests with cross-functional teams • Identify and mitigate supplier-related risks affecting project schedules and operational reliability • Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Construction, and Operations to resolve quality concerns • Support development of supplier quality standards and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing quality role • Exposure to standard quality processes and procedures • Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 • Experience with root cause analysis methodologies, including 8D, DMAIC, and Fishbone • Supplier quality experience within low-volume, high-mix manufacturing • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Applied knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Process Control Planning, and MSA preferred • ISO 9001 auditor training or equivalent quality system experience desired • ASQ certifications such as CQE, CMQ/OE, and/or CQA desired • Statistical analysis experience, including SPC and Minitab, desired • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification desired • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, including Value-Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, and Gemba, desired • SharePoint or other data repository experience desired • MS Access or similar database experience desired • Ability to travel 25% of the time, approximately two trips per calendar month • Ability to work independently in remote and office environments • Ability to travel domestically as required • Frequent walking and standing during supplier-facility and project-site assessments • Comfort working in manufacturing environments with heat/cold, dust, dirt, and noise • Ability to work near moving mechanical parts occasionally • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to multitask with strong time-management and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
