📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize automated data extraction pipelines from Oracle Cloud Financials into the Enterprise Data Lake • Maintain a data dictionary mapping Oracle GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets data to the enterprise canonical data model • Develop and sustain synchronous and asynchronous integrations between Oracle Cloud Financials and Workday, third-party financial platforms, banking systems, and other enterprise systems • Build error-handling frameworks with automated alerting and dead-letter queue management • Apply and maintain HIPAA-compliant data handling, SOX-aligned data lineage controls, field-level encryption, identity controls, and audit trails • Configure and maintain Oracle BI Publisher report bursting • Optimize SQL-based extracts and OTBI queries • Serve as Tier 3/4 escalation expert for Oracle Financials integration incidents and data discrepancies • Drive root-cause analysis, document resolutions, and implement preventive controls • Lead the Oracle Cloud Financials integration workstream from design through go-live and hypercare • Identify automation and performance improvement opportunities using Python, Java, and DevOps principles • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and serve as a technical lead on project workstreams • Participate in an on-call rotation and support critical incidents during financial close periods

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience • Minimum 5 years dedicated to Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS technical integration and data architecture • Experience building enterprise-grade data pipelines from Oracle Cloud Financials to a cloud-based Enterprise Data Lake • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, ADFdi, Oracle BICC, and REST/SOAP API development in a production Oracle Financials environment • Ability to navigate Oracle's data model across GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets modules • Experience with HIPAA, SOX, GDPR/CCPA, data privacy, and financial compliance requirements • Experience in a regulated healthcare, insurance, or financial services environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related technical field; equivalent professional experience may be considered • Demonstrated working proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud and Azure data engineering tools through formal implementation or project experience • Working knowledge of data governance principles and their application to financial systems integration • Preferred: Prior experience in Medicare Advantage, managed care, or health insurance • Preferred: Experience integrating Oracle Cloud Financials with Workday (HCM/Payroll) • Preferred: Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud data pipelines • Preferred certifications: Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration Specialist, Oracle Data Management, Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer, or Azure Databricks Data Engineer • Technical skills in OIC, BICC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, SQL, PL/SQL, Python or Java, EPM Automate, Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, Okta SSO, OAuth 2.0, Azure Key Vault, and Oracle Vault • Ability to participate in on-call support outside standard business hours • Ability to provide high-priority support during monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close windows
