Alkami Technology is a digital banking software company that provides a cloud-based Digital Sales & Service Platform for banks and credit unions. Its platform combines onboarding and account opening (via MANTL), digital banking, and data & marketing solutions to enable anticipatory, data-driven customer experiences, faster account origination, fraud protection, payment reporting, and personalized marketing. Alkami serves financial institutions (retail and business customers) and offers integrations, developer tools, and implementation support to drive deposit growth, reduce churn, and improve operational efficiency.

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary technical implementation resource for assigned digital banking conversion projects • Support customer onboarding activities, solution discussions, and configuration planning • Configure and support delivery of Alkami Digital Banking solutions • Lead customer-facing meetings and virtual working sessions • Troubleshoot configuration and implementation-related issues and escalate complex technical issues • Coordinate technical deliverables and dependencies with project managers, development teams, and implementation stakeholders • Monitor implementation project risks and escalate concerns • Manage implementation tickets and customer support requests • Provide guidance on platform functionality, configuration options, and implementation best practices • Develop and maintain implementation documentation • Support implementation validation and testing activities • Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects and project milestones • Share customer feedback and operational improvement opportunities with cross-functional teams • Maintain current knowledge of Alkami platform functionality and implementation methodologies • Conduct customer solution design sessions for the New Logo Team

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience supporting software implementations, technical consulting engagements, customer onboarding initiatives, or client-facing technology projects • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Finance, or a related field • Experience supporting software implementation, configuration, or customer onboarding activities • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead customer-facing discussions • Ability to gather and document technical and operational requirements effectively • Experience troubleshooting configuration or implementation-related issues • Ability to manage multiple projects, customer priorities, and implementation deadlines simultaneously • Experience collaborating with project managers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders • Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills • Familiarity with project management, ticketing, or collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence • Ability to travel up to 20% to support implementation projects • Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment; employment sponsorship is not available
