📋 Description

• Design, implement, and operate enterprise AI experiences and automations across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and the Power Platform • Partner with security, compliance, and product stakeholders to deliver safe, scalable solutions that improve employee productivity while protecting data • Engineer and support Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot use cases across Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Build and operate Copilot Studio agents using topics, actions, connectors, Dataverse, tool use, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop patterns • Develop Power Automate workflows to operationalize AI outputs with error handling, monitoring, and scale-ready design • Design Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse, with governed data access and Power BI operational dashboards • Integrate enterprise systems via Microsoft Graph and Power Platform connectors; maintain custom connectors and APIs • Implement security and compliance controls, including Entra ID permissions/consent, least privilege, Purview DLP, labels, and retention • Establish agent and automation lifecycle management across Dev/Test/Prod, including change control, versioning, rollback practices, runbooks, and KTLO support • Enable safe AI-assisted content workflows with Adobe Creative Cloud, focusing on IP protection and approved usage patterns • Measure adoption and telemetry outcomes and continuously improve agents and automations based on user feedback and operational data

🎯 Requirements

• 0-3 years in enterprise engineering, product engineering, or platform operations (Microsoft 365 / Power Platform) • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat experiences • Strong understanding of LLM concepts, including prompt patterns, RAG, and limitations • Responsible AI experience in enterprise environments • Security and governance experience with Entra ID app/identity concepts, permissions/consent, and information protection (Purview, DLP, labels) • API and integration skills with REST and OAuth2 • Ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-service issues • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into feasible solutions • Ability to produce clear documentation and runbooks • Background investigation required • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
