📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of project and program management professionals, providing coaching, performance management, and career development support • Oversee a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs and projects driving strategic business priorities and enterprise transformation • Partner with senior leaders to define program strategy, prioritize initiatives, and provide actionable recommendations • Lead large-scale technology implementation efforts, including AI-enabled solutions, driving adoption, stakeholder alignment, and business readiness • Establish and enhance program governance, reporting, risk management, and project management best practices • Drive business process redesign and operational improvement initiatives • Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, dashboards, and presentations translating complex information into business insights • Build partnerships across business, technology, operations, and change management teams to execute organizational priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project, program, portfolio, business transformation, or related experience • 5+ years of direct people leadership experience, including coaching and developing direct reports • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills • Experience managing complex projects from initiation through implementation • Willingness and ability to travel periodically for team offsites, leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and other business-related events as needed • Background investigation required • Generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Valid photo identification available at the start of the interview (not required for internal candidates)
